Great location near the Tropic Island water park and a REWE supermarket. the staff here were friendly and really helpful 😊.

the room was super and included central heating, multi-channel tv, and a sitting area, appreciated it.

Favourable location for visiting an aqua park and restaurants not far from the hotel. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Markt bus stop. The staff helped us and were helpful. Could see garden perfectly from our big and cozy room.

The staff is very good and kind. You can park your car nearby. The breakfast is more than great. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Some rooms are close to the street. Ours was one of them. So we could hear each car passing by. I would suggest to book a room away from the street.

I was very upset that I left my purse in the room after we checked out. I was able to give the exact location of the purse in the room (in the dressor drawer). I called within several hours of leaving it behind. However, it coud not be found. I am angry about this because I know it was left it in the exact spot I told them. I have yet to hear back from them and at this point have to assume the purse is gone! Very upsetting!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is superb, being close to the Tropic Island water park and in a quiet and safe area. It was just a short drive away from the park, making it very convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Finally, the basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and had all the necessary comforts. I especially appreciated the attention to detail with the room layout and the delicious breakfast provided.

We had a lovely romantic escape, the cabin was cozy and comfortable with a great heating system and hot water. The staff sent us the key code via email and were very accommodating with our late check-in. The landscape was beautiful, surrounded by nature and peacefulness. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from a popular tourist spot and a supermarket nearby in case you needed anything.

That some of the staff didn't speak much English, making communication a bit difficult at times. Additionally, we faced some noise disturbances from other guests during the night, which affected our rest. However, we understand that these things can happen at any hotel and it didn't ruin our overall experience.

The communication was lacking, and we arrived to find the reception closed with no prior notice. We had to call and were given a code for the safe to get our key, which made for a stressful start to our vacation.

The only service I missed for my work was a reliable and functional Wi-Fi connection. Despite it being advertised as included, the Wi-Fi only worked in the reception area and not in the rooms.
